25 Back Squats (95/65)
25 Front Squats (95/65)
20 Back Squats (95/65)
20 Front Squats (95/65)
15 Back Squats (95/65)
15 Front Squats (95/65)
10 Back Squats (95/65)
10 Front Squats (95/65)
5 Back Squats (95/65)
5 Front Squats (95/65)

5 Burpee penalty for every time the bar touches the floor.


Wow, this workout sure is fantastic.  So much so that it is featured once again for those of you who missed it yesterday!  In case you did get to enjoy the August Baseline already, there will be a an alternate workout that will, like, totally not featuring Back Squats and / or Front Squats and / or crying from doing them in the same WOD.  Also, the cool people from Wodify moved over the BTWB information to their site.  So if you had results for the August Baseline on BTWB, it is now on Wodify.

As a heads up , there will be some changes taking place in the world of programming in the future.  I’m telling you about it now so that you start freaking out about it all tonight.  Other than everything, you don’t really have much about which to worry.  Just know that the same smile-inducing workouts like today’s will still be the star of the show.
